Return Period

Customers can return within 15 days of receiving their order. You can request an exchange.

Eligibility for Return

  • Product should be in original packaging.
  • It is necessary to have the original invoice with the product.
  • Return only in cases of defective, damaged, or wrong item delivery.
    This exchange will be accepted.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Product may have been damaged by customer misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation.
  • Product's original packaging or accessories are missing.

Refund Process

  • After refund request approval, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and in the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet).
  • If a request is made to replace the product, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5-7 days.

Shipping Charges

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we will bear the return shipping charges.
  • If the customer returns the product after changing his preference (change of mind), the shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.

Return Process

Initiate a Return:

  • Go to "Return/Refund" section on our website and fill the return request form.
  • Alternatively, contact our customer support.

Product Pickup:

  • After return request approval, pickup will be scheduled.
  • Product must be packed in original packaging at the time of pickup.
