Shipping/Delivery Policy
Delivery Locations
- Our products are delivered to selected cities and pin codes of India.
- To check your delivery location availability, enter your pin code on our website.
Delivery Charge
- Free Delivery: Free shipping on orders of ₹499/- or above.
- Standard Shipping Charges: For orders less than ₹499/-, flat delivery charge of ₹79/- will be applicable.
Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: Metro cities: 3-5 business days.
- Non-metro cities: 5-7 business days.
- Express Delivery: Available at selected locations. Additional charges will be applicable.
Note: Delivery timelines are approximate and there are unforeseen delays.
(e.g., weather conditions, holidays, lockdowns) may change.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed hote from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed same-day.
- Orders placed on weekend or holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
- After order confirmation, tracking ID and courier partner link will be sent to you through email and SMS.
- You can check your order status in the "Track Order" section of our website.
Failed Delivery Attempts
- Courier partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If customer is unavailable, the order will be returned.
- Re-shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
International Shipping
- Currently only domestic (India) shipping is available. For international shipping please contact our support team.
Damaged/Delayed Delivery
- If the product is damaged or delayed, you will contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our team will work to resolve your complaint.
